Beth’s practice is in commercial real estate, including representing buyers and sellers of both developed and undeveloped property. Over the past 25 years, she has developed an expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts for the purchase or sale of property, reviewing title, resolving title issues, negotiating easements and drafting declarations. She represents buyers in the acquisition of property and in the negotiation of construction loans. Prior to forming Bringewatt & Snover, she practiced with the law firm of Smith, Helms, Mulliss & Moore, L.L.P.

Beth lives in Charlotte with her husband Jay. They have four children. Their oldest daughter graduated from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland and their older son attends the University of the South at Sewanee. Beth and her family are members of Forest Hill Church.
